BBCCF - Who we are We are a registered charity dedicated to helping local people find local solutions to local community needs in Birmingham and the Black Country. We are members of a national Community Foundation network, which currently has 57 Community Foundations based in the UK. CF’s work with Local Authorities, Government, national charities: Big Lottery and Comic Relief, Corporate, SME’s, families and individuals
