How to Play Each slide has a different demand.  Follow the directions for each slide. The person with the most number of points at the end of the game, wins.

Creative Writing What happened in this house? 7 Mins – 30 pts.

Word Choice– 30 Points 7 minutes Write a paragraph that conveys a mysterious mood. DO NOT use the mood you are working to create. If your team can guess the mood, then you win 30 points.

Roots and Stems– 10 mins 30 Points Invent creative definitions for these words: 1. Remonstrance 2. Expostulation 3. Brouhaha If you can convince others that your definition is correct, you get the points (10 for each).

Creative Writing – 7 minutes 40 Points What brought you to this hole? What happens after you fall through the hole?

Creative Writing 40 points-10 minutes Create a poem, rap, or song that is going to leave the reader wondering who you are. You can be anyone you want from a cartoon character to a movie star. Chose someone who most students would know. DO NOT use the name in your writing.
