Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria Background: n BPO protects IP rights - patents, trademarks, industrial designs, new plant varieties and animal breeds n BPO publishes Official Bulletin for all IP rights, maintains patent collections, carries out international exchange of IP rights information n BPO supports databases for IP rights n BPO provides public and State institution services and IP rights information n BPO represents Bulgaria as a member state of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria Patent collections supported by BPO consist of: n - Over patent specifications on paper from 25 countries and 2 international organizations n - Over patent specifications on CD- ROM from 31 countries and 2 international organizations
