Exchange of confidential information on prices or marketing plans is forbidden! Agreements to exclude competitors are forbidden All behaviours causing distortions of market competition are forbidden! slide 11

Valentina Mauri– 08/09/2015slide 13 Statistics: voluntary and compliant Statistics on product groups are run by CECE Main statistical Committee at CECE defines the rules and frequency for statistics reporting Data are collected by manufacturers directly Only those providing data receive reports on statistics:  Great incentives for SMEs  Always in compliance: for each product MORE than 2 manufacturers have to report. If not, NO Statistics
