eService Ticket Management Shortcut How to add eSTM as a shortcut to the home page of AT&T BusinessDirect®

Log in to AT&T BusinessDirect® Navigate to AT&T BusinessDirect® Log In Page https://www.businessdirect.att.com/portal/index.jsp Enter your ID and Password Click on Log In button

Accessing eSTM Page A new window will open Click on “View Intelligent Reporting System” link If not on the “Home Page” you can access the link by Clicking “Application” in the horizontal navigation bar across the top Click on the “View Intelligent Reporting Systems” link located under the “Performance Reporting” section in the center of the “Applications” page A new window will open

Accessing eSTM Page Click on “Reporting Platform” Link You may need to expand the “Reporting Platform” file by first clicking the “+” to reveal the “Reporting Platform” link

Accessing eSTM Page Click “eService Ticket Management” 1 2 3 Hover mouse from “Reports” to “Public Reports” to “eService Ticket Management” 1 2 3

Logout Once you are logged in, copy the URL from the address bar. Then log back out.

Edit Shortcuts Return to AT&T BusinessDirect® “Home Page” Click “My Shortcuts” then “Manage”

Create New Shortcut Click “CREATE NEW SHORTCUT”

Create New Shortcut Give the shortcut a name and paste the copied URL, then click “Add to Shortcuts”

Edit location or Save Shortcut is created You may move link up or down in the “Shortcuts” Navigation pane Click shortcut you want to move This should highlight the shortcut Use “MOVE UP” or “MOVE DOWN” buttons to change shortcuts Save Shortcut Click “SAVE EDITS” button

Acknowledgement If you see this screen you are done! Test by clicking new Shortcut eSTM should open in a new browser window Highly recommended to log off and back on again to ensure new link is on the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page
