Table 7 Artistic Symmetry

Emily Object: Sheet of Notebook paper. Type of Symmetry: Reflection, horizontal and vertical. Significance: It’s surprising how much we depend on paper. If paper hadn’t been invented, we would still be writing on animal skins and reeds. With paper we can draw, write, and do a whole lot of things that don’t require keeping your paper in the fridge. And paper doesn’t smell.
