We are addressing environmental challenges by working continuously to improve the environmental performance of our products and operations. Our longstanding commitment to the environment is reflected in eco- compatible innovations in our products, the greening of our manufacturing operations, support of the development of advanced sustainable technologies and our leadership in promoting the use of alternative fuels. CUSTOMER FIRST BE GREEN QUALITY… PERIOD GO GLOBAL POWERED BY GREAT PEOPLE

7  Chrysler LLC, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors and BMW have joined forces to develop an advanced two-mode hybrid system Represents a major automotive industry milestone First Chrysler products to feature technology will be the 2009 Dodge Durango Hybrid and 2009 Chrysler Aspen Hybrid  Global Electric Motorcars (GEM), a Chrysler LLC Company, has been in operation for almost 10 years Battery-electric vehicles represent a relatively new vehicle in an emerging market segment  ENVI organization responsible for bringing electric-drive vehicles and related advanced-propulsion technologies to market Improving Fuel Economy and Range

8 Developing Products that Minimize Impact on the Environment  Chrysler LLC has been an automotive industry environmental pioneer for the past 15 years In 1993, the former Chrysler Corporation was the first manufacturer to produce vehicles meeting California’s Low Emission Vehicle, Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle and partial Zero Emission Vehicle standards  Today, Chrysler LLC has promised that 50% of its vehicles will be capable of running on alternative fuels such as ethanol and biodiesel by 2012 Currently have 11 models available as an E85-capable Flexible Fuel Vehicle (FFV) Chrysler has sold more than 1.5 million FFVs in the past decade Dodge Ram with 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel – already meets the EPA’s stringent 2010 emission standards

Chrysler Aspen and Dodge Durango Hybrids  Hybrid fuel efficiency combined with full-size SUV performance, capability and utility  HEMI® with Multiple Displacement System coupled with hybrid technology  Combination of low- and high-speed electric continuously variable transmission (ECVT) modes creates advanced, two-mode hybrid  Delivers more than 25 percent overall fuel economy improvement  Full-size SUVs boast nearly 40 percent fuel economy improvement in the city  6,000 pounds towing capability

10 Concept Vehicles and Technology from ENVI  Range extended electric vehicle technology (REEV)  Eco-friendly -- minimizes use of materials  Combines 40-mile lithium-ion battery pack with three different ways of addressing energy concerns  Jeep Renegade – clean diesel REEV  Dodge ZEO – All electric  Chrysler ecoVoyager – hydrogen fuel cell powered

11 Special Edition 10 th Anniversary GEM  Commemorates 10 years of green transportation at Global Electric Motorcars LLC  Battery-powered, zero tailpipe emission vehicles  Available as 2-, 4- and 6-passenger models, utility vehicles  More than 35,000 GEM neighborhood electric vehicles worldwide  Recognized by WestStart- CALSTART with 2007 Blue Sky Merit Award for its positive impact on air quality in California
