Business Incubator The Center links interested and qualified clients directly into the CHARO Business Incubator Program. The Incubator is designed to help small and home based businesses move into professional office space. Rents begin as low as $375 per month (month to month lease)

Business Incubator The Incubator offers cubicle and private office space at affordable pricing. Contract Procurement The Center Can assist any minority owned business with contract success. Will provide assistance with finding bid opportunities through our Bid Matching Program. Will provide technical assistance with bid responses by reviewing your proposal and giving you feedback.

Accessing Financing The Center can also assist you with accessing financing. Many contracts may require that you grow your business prior to receiving any funds. –Hiring Additional Staff –Purchasing Equipment
