Caucasian partner Universities - To create sustainable educational, cultural and economic links among the Institutions and countries of Europe and S. Caucasus - To facilitate towards the development of entrepreneurship opportunities between the EU and SC private sector - To contribute to long term sustainable development in S. Caucasus and offer assistance towards the improvement of the local economies

Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Partnership for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan Target groups Target Group Target beneficiaries TARGET GROUP 1 Students (undergraduate, master, doctorate), post-doctorate fellows and staff (academic or administrative) registered in one of the University members of the partnership (please see the table Members of the Partnership) TARGET GROUP 2 Nationals of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, registered in a higher education Institution (at master, doctorate or post-doctorate level) of these countries not included in the partnership or having obtained in an Institution of these countries a University degree or equivalent. This includes the possibility of providing mobility opportunities to Georgian, Armenian and Azeri nationals working in public administration, public and private enterprises TARGET GROUP 3 Nationals of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, who are in particularly vulnerable situations, for social and political reasons. For example: a. having a refugee status or asylum beneficiaries (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries) or b. it can be proved that they have been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, ethnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination or c. they belong to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy or IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons).
