Duct Language Changes Section 3.2 Unconditioned/cond- itioned space language taken out (left up to specific programs to define) New section says new duct systems should meet PTCS tightness requirements
Controls Changes/Addition Was Section 4.3/4.4; now Section 5 Aux heat staging/sequencing language removed Added sentence to clearly specify no aux heat allowed in Stage 1 call Single capacity compressor: added explicit sentence saying discharge air sensor control not allowed Multi-stage compressor: added option to allow discharge air sensor staging temperature warmer than 85° F (current req) as long as ODT is installed
