Improve Communications The website will serve as a means to notify and advertise upcoming events. Important committee heads will have their contact information posted and registered members will receive direct mass s containing information pertinent to the organization. Increase Participation The best way to get people participating, either in person or remotely, is to allow for a digital commons where people can talk about all issues (past, present, and future) pertaining to the organization. To achieve this a forum will be installed along with picture gallery. All members will be able to post their own comments, discussions, and pictures. Providing a means to allow people to contribute online from the convenience of their home or work will increase income.
