A course in teaching, research and leadership for Early Career Academics, designed for those with a full range of teaching duties. ULTRA is compulsory for all newly-appointed academic staff with a contract of 0.5 fte and above who are deemed new to teaching and/or research. A top-up course will be available for those who wish to gain a substantive qualification in academic practice. The award is based on a he completion of a enquiry -based project on own practices.
