VisiNET Launch VisiCAD Command provides environment selection from any workstation allowing access to production, test and training environments from the same workstation. Feature: Environment Selector Benefit: Users may select the environment of their log on to VisiCAD. The environment selector can host Live Production, Training, GIS and Backup Site configurations. Environment selection is an option.

VisiCAD Command Provides a highly configurable environment to meet the needs of any agency type and workflow. Views and controlling views of the CAD Environment are maintained in user profiles in accordance to the users administratively designated functionality group options. Benefit: This provides for single or multi agency dispatching and call taking, in either single operator/dispatcher environments or segmented duty environments where call taking and dispatching are separate responsibilities. Each environment is clearly identified while in use:

View Controller

Call Forms Call Forms are highly configurable by each agency. Multiple Call forms may be viewed and updated by a user simultaneously. Call forms may be in simplified view for call entry and switched automatically to detailed view for dispatcher review upon view selection. The rules of call form operation are configurable by each agency on a VisiCAD system through administratively friendly configuration tools.

Simplified Call Taking Forms Forms can expand to view more detail.

Powerful Call Form Configuration Emergency Call Setup: Editor provided for form customization to meet agency specific needs. Configurable Properties to every field on the Emergency Call forms. Benefit: VisiCAD allows every aspect of Call Taking and Dispatch to be tailored to an agencies preference of language / labeling, color and behavior.

Linked and Triggered Data Access

Call Linked Data Illuminated Icons on Call Form indicate linked data: Top to bottom Globe indicates Map Location Plotted. Acts as button to locate call on map. Bulls eye indicates Geo-Location achieved. House with I indicated a Premise / Commonplace file exists for this location. SOP Book indicates that this location has special SOP for the problem nature invoked. The yellow exclamation in Triangle indicates Caution Note Present. The Alarm Bar Icon indicates alarm data present. The Hazmat symbol indicates the presence of recorded hazmat materials. The house and checklist icon indicates previous history at this address and location.

Premise / Commonplace Data

VisiCAD Queues VisiCAD Queues have a storable profile that travels with the user from workstation to workstation to retain their working preference of desktop layout.

Toolbar & Dashboard View, Click, Control. Above: VisiCAD Toolbar and Dashboard panel. Icon & Drag and Drop flexibility with textual hyper linking off all bolded text. Benefits: VisiCAD is Module driven. Each Icon provides access to additional activated modules and tools.

Assigned Units Queue Above: Assigned Units Queue: VisiCAD provides multiple options for active event and active unit monitoring. The Assigned Units Queue Configuration option allows an agency to retain an information line on every unit assigned to the same event. VisiCAD offers Options for Assigned Incident or Assigned unit tracking queues. Highly configurable by each agency through use of administratively friendly editing tools. Each agency on a VisiCAD system may have a unique view of waiting incident to view information pertinent to their effective speedy dispatch of resources. Icons provide instant visual identification of available data and call state.

Unit Status Queue The Unit Status Queue Provides the "Bull Pin" view of all resources and their status. Like all VisiCAD Queues, It supports manipulation through Drag and drop, right click options, buttons and command line, providing an environment that is easy to control from any means of dispatch. All queues are filterable, sort-able and resizable. Preferences save to the profile of individual users or may be administratively configured to be uniform for all users.
