A word about Legend phones… When identifying Merlin Legend phones, there are two points to keep in mind… 1) The manufacturer’s logo on the phones may either be AT&T, Lucent or Avaya 2) The phone type (for example a MLX-20L) will be printed on the face of the phone… it will be located in the upper right corner OR possibly just beneath the actual handset

Merlin Legend MLX 20L  This is usually used at the receptionist station. Will say “MLX-20L” here or here… this phone has a large LCD display screen

Merlin Legend DSS Console This device connects to an MLX20L set (Shown here) and is usually used as a Call routing device by the receptionist
