Kerani, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Gravity fed community water system including 3 spring catchment works, 2 pressure break tanks, 2 collector tanks, 25,000 liter storage tank, piping and service connections.  Serving 137 families.  Project completion date: April 2005  Total project cost: $25,660  Local Contribution:$ 1,430 (plus labor and local material)  Municipality:$ 2,050  Water for People$11,180  WEFTA: $11,000 (Waterlines)

Hichuraya, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Gravity fed community water system consisting of 2 spring catchment works, 2 storage tanks, 47 tap stands and 10 hand pumps.  Serving 55 families and community school.  Project completion date: March 2006  Total project cost: $14,133  Local Contribution:$ 624 (plus labor)  Municipality:$ 2,804  WEFTA: $10,705 (Waterlines)

Urubamba, Peru (Habitat for Humanity community of Illary)  Wastewater collection and septic tank system, consisting of piping, manholes, 2 separate septic tank assemblies and percolation pits.  Serving 84 families.  Project completion date: June 2007  Total project cost: $12,050  Local Contribution:Labor and local materials  Municipality:Design of collection system  WEFTA: $12,050 (Waterlines)

Urubamba, Peru (Habitat for Humanity community of Illary)  Water storage tank and distribution system improvements, including separate pressure zones.  Serving 84 families.  Project completion date: November 2007 (95%)  Total project cost: $11,300  Local Contribution:Labor and local materials  Municipality:$3,300  WEFTA: $8,000 (Waterlines)

Laca Laca, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Gravity fed water system consisting of 2 spring catchments, 2 tanks, a pressure break tank, piping to each home and individual tap stands.  Serving 27 families.  Project completion date: May 2007  Total project cost: $11,120  Local Contribution:$ 270 (plus labor and local materials)  Municipality:$2,550  Individual Donor:$3,300  WEFTA: $5,000 (Wallace Genetic Foundation)

Villa El Carmen, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Gravity fed water system consisting of 2 water storage tanks, 11 spring catchment works, piping, 24 tap stands and 12 hand pumps.  Serving 35 families and community center.  Project completion date: November 2007  Total project cost: $12,120  Local Contribution:$ 350 (plus labor and local materials)  Municipality:$4,970  WEFTA: $6,800 (Wallace Genetic and Waterlines)

Huacallaya, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Gravity fed community water system for groups 2, 3, 4 and 5 of 6 total groups, consisting of various spring catchment works, tanks, pressure break tanks, distribution piping, 24 family tap stands and 2 at the school.  Serving 24 families and elementary school.  Project completion date:December 2007  Total project cost: $10,438  Local Contribution:$ 238 (plus labor and local materials)  WEFTA: $10,200 (Wallace Genetic and Waterlines)

Playa Verde, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Individual wells and hand pump assemblies at each community member’s home.  Serving 35 families.  Project completion date: January 2008  Total project cost: $5,337  Local Contribution:$ 458 (plus labor)  WEFTA: $4,879 (Waterlines)

Pata Paya, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Individual wells and hand pump assemblies at each community member’s home.  Serving 28 families.  Project completion date: April 2008  Total project cost: $6,048  Local Contribution:$ 548 (plus labor)  WEFTA: $5,500 (individual donors)

Huallatiri, Bolivia (in collaboration with Suma Jayma)  Gravity fed community water system consisting of 4 spring catchment works, water storage tank, piping throughout the community, and tap stands at each community member’s home and one at the community center.  Serving 23 families and community center.  Project completion date: May 2008  Total project cost: $20,558  Local Contribution:$ 292 (plus labor and local materials)  Municipality:$ 6,266  WEFTA: $14,000 (individual donor)

Various Projects, Honduras (in collaboration with Save the Children Honduras)  Repairs and upgrades to 12 existing community water systems as follows:  Las Aradas:Construction of new pressure break tank and repairs to existing tank.  Nueva Union:Repairs to distribution line.  San Miguel:Repairs to pressure break tank, storage tank, and spring catchment.  Los Mangos:Repairs to storage tank, spring catchment, pressure break, and chlorination system.  Quebrada de Lajas:Construction of line extension to benefit 16 homes.  Togopala Candelaria:Repairs to distribution line.  San Rafael:Fencing around water source and construction of latrines.  Zapote:Repair of pressure break tank, storage tank, valves.  Copantillo:Repairs to distribution line.  Rio Grande:Repairs to pressure break tanks and distribution line.  Cofradia:Repairs to pressure break tanks and distribution line.  Los Olivos:Repairs to distribution line.  Project completion date: Pending final work plan.  Total cost: $10,000  Local Contribution:Labor  Save the Children:Construction and fiscal oversight  WEFTA: $10,000 (Wallace Genetic Foundation)
