Objective 5.01: CLASSIFY the most recognized styles of furniture Housing Decisions page 532 Divide a piece of paper into four sections. Label the sections “Queen Ann Style”, “Chippendale Style”, “Breur Style”, and “Frank Lloyd Wright Style”. Under each heading list specific characteristics that would help identify each style of furniture. Find a picture of or sketch each of the four different furniture styles and attach to the appropriate column.

Choosing furniture styles is a matter of taste or personal preference...there is no right or wrong furniture.

Studying various styles of furniture can give you an idea of what you like best and will help you use each piece to its best design advantages.
