2. REPLACE WRONG MOTIVES WITH GODLY GOALS We live by faith, not by sight…so we make it our goal to please [God], whether we are at home in the body or away from it. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. Godly choices: a. Choose forgiveness instead of bitterness or revenge (Eph 4:31-32), b. Choose to live by God's truth instead of personal, worldly thinking (James 1:22-24), c. Choose to live as a new creation instead of blaming past circumstances or parentage (Rom 13:13-14), d. Choose to submit to authority in the family, government & church instead of rebellion (Eph 6:1-3, Rom 13:1, Heb 13:17) e. Choose to trust Christ, rather than money, ability, education, luck or other spiritual powers (Jer 9:23-24, Exo 20:3. Rev 2:4) Shaping the Future—Godly Goals for Living

3. HELP ONE ANOTHER LIVE GOD'S LIFESTYLE ON SURE FOUNDATIONS i. Look for PARTNERS to grow TOGETHER Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
