+ Your Job Your job for week two is to research your chosen city! This PowerPoint will guide you through the process and help you understand what you need to have done by the end of the week. The directions are easy steps to follow so that there will be none or hardly any confusion!

+ Step 1: Pick a City Your group will be assigned a continent. As a group decide on a city that you would like to visit for a week!

+ Step 2: Do Research! After you have decided on a city, do some research! You can visit the library to use internet databases, books, or encyclopedias Look up facts about your city What are the people like? (language and cultures) How are they similar/different to you? What cool places can you go? (entertainment Where can you stay?

+ Step 3: Take Good Notes Take notes on all of the information that you find. Helpful Hint: Keep all of your information that you find in a folder to help keep you organized! Keep in mind why you choose certain things. You might be asked later to write about why you did!

Indianapolis has many professional sports teams like the Colts, Pacers and Indians. Occasionally, you might see these famous people around. There area also many different colleges and university. Cool Places to visit would be the Speedway Race Track, Conseco Field House, Hinkle Field House, Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Museum of Art, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Circle Center downtown has monuments, shopping and restaurants.

+ Step Number 4: Share Make sure you come to class prepared to talk about all of the information you found. You will get into your groups and discuss what you would like to include in your presentation and to create your dream trip!
