Questions we have received Is there an age limit? Is there a minimum educational requirement? Can I keep my full-time job and still participate in the program? How much of a time commitment is required each year? What happens if I change employers or lose my job during the course of the program? Are factors (leadership, volunteerism, recommendations) weighted differently in the determination of fellows?

Questions we have received Are applicants that work for the same organization able to apply during the same year? Does the employer have to be a certain size organization? Does it have to be nonprofit? Does my employer have to pay any money for me to participate? Do I have to pay for my own travel expenses to attend program meetings?

Questions we have received Does the program include a mentoring component? If so, how are they identified? Is public speaking part of the curricula? Do I have to have an identified project as part of the application process? What are the projects that are required over the course of the fellowship? Have you considered admitting two people together working on a project that is geographically dispersed?

Questions we have received Be sure to check the FAQ section of our website.
