3D Micromanufacturing Lab. [1] Clean Bench

[2] 3D Micromanufacturing Lab. What is a clean bench Clean bench is a working platform which provides contamination free environment for the biological experiments. In our lab, we have a laminar flow clean bench which has the option to flow air inside the bench to outside. This features minimizes the contamination that could come from outside to inside the bench. We use clean bench for culturing MCF-7 and MDAMB231 cells.

[3] 3D Micromanufacturing Lab. Settings First power should be turned on and then illumination to the bench can be turned on from ‘F.L’ (Filament Lamp). Fan should be turned on after lifting up the bench door. After using the bench, clean it using tissue sprayed with 70 % ethanol. After using clean bench, U.V light is turned on for at least 1 hour to keep the bench contamination free.
