David K. Schumacher is a partner in Chadbourne’s energy and project finance group. He represents both lenders to and developers of energy infrastructure projects located throughout the world, including pipelines, LNG terminals, and power projects. As part of his practice, he has drafted and negotiated loan documents for non- recourse financing transactions. He also has drafted, negotiated and reviewed key project documents, including gas supply, transportation and storage contracts, power purchase agreements, construction contracts, and operation and maintenance contracts.
