Postel Prior roles include VP/GM for Propulsion Systems, VP for Quality, interim president of Boeing Canada, Director of Operations for Long Range 777 Airplane Development; Director of the Interiors Responsibility Center; and Director of the Manufacturing Research and Development (MR&D) organization. Began Boeing career in 1979 as a chemical process engineer. Prior to joining Boeing, she taught biology at the high-school level. Numerous honors and awards include the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Upward Mobility Award in 2007, SWE Fellow in 2009, SAE’s J. Cordell Breed winner for outstanding woman leader in the mobility industry, 2006 Affirmative Action Award of Excellence from Boeing’s Global Diversity.
