The lead tester’s responsibilities are to develop a system for testing which would include lo- fi and hi-fi prototyping at the early stages of development, testing to make sure that all of the features agreed upon were in the software, software debugging, testing of all routines. Procedures will address why testing is being conducted, what is being tested, how testing is to be accomplished, where testing will occur, when and by whom. Testers would include users as well as technical staff. Each type of testing will be documented.

The lead documenter’s responsibilities are to develop, maintain, and enforce a standard for use in all documents that are written by the group and the standard agreed upon by consensus. Items that will be documented are meeting minutes with group and client, internal workings of the group such as plans, software code documentation, and a final user manual including sections for Faculty, Peer, the Chairperson and the Secretary. Documentation will be published on our website on an ongoing basis available to our client as well as in final printed format at the end of each semester. The User manuals will be available both online and in printed form (Faculty available in online form only). This user’s manual will contain screen shots and specific instructions on how t use the system.
