Challenges for Marin Transit/ Golden Gate Transit Escalating cost of service delivery Specialty services for Seniors/ expansion of paratransit- type service –Senior Mobility Management Unique system of bus pad facilities on Highway 101- need for upgrades in access PDA requirements for frequent bus service cannot be accomplished with steadily decreasing operating revenues Station Area Planning around SMART station sites ongoing Recreational trip transit options are scarce

TAM manages the Measure A Local Transportation Sales Tax- ½ cent sales tax for 20 years Expenditure Plan Components Implementation Strategy % of Measure A Funds Est. 20-year Revenue ($ Millions) 1.
