Climate Change in Taiwan Taiwan is a beautiful island. Although it is not big, the climate here is great and comfortable. But in this recent decade, these views have all changed. For example, the precipitation has been increasing rapidly every year. But why does the climate in Taiwan change this much?

Climate Change in Taiwan Al Gore, an ex-vice president in America, has written a book named “An Inconvenient Truth,” which is about climate change in the whole world, including Taiwan. Scientists think the reason why Taiwan’s climate has changed so much is “Global Warming.” For most of these years, Taiwan’s GHGs emissions have been still increasing.

Therefore, coping with climate change is an important issue to us. Although Taiwan is not a member of the United Nations, we are still enthusiastic about helping the whole world to solve the global warming problems.
