Gaviota Beach Road Bridge No. 51C-324 Situation on February 2, 1998 Debris blocked flow under bridge and washed out the north approach roadway

Gaviota Beach Road Bridge No. 51C-324 Immediately following the 1998 storm, a concrete road approach was constructed Repaired north approach road.
