Climate and Vegetation  Subtropical  Tempered by easterly trade winds  Low humidity, little temp. variation  Rainy season is may to June  Tropical rainforest, grassland, tropical plants and a variety of colored wild flowers

Natural Resources  Coal  Oil  Corn  Gold  Exotic fruits  use solar, wind energy, and fossil fuels  import medical and construction  Export fruits, vegetables, gold

Population  there are 2,076,348  The population of the country is increasing  10% of people live in the mountainous region  20% of people live in near the rainforest  60% of people live in the piedmont region  They tend to migrate to and from
