FY10 CONGRESSIONAL EARMARK REQUEST –Continue exploring how service members can receive education and training using a variety of mobile devices and strategies –Expand development efforts to operational cultural awareness training for countries and regions specified by the Center for Information Dominance, Center for Language, Regional Expertise and Culture (CLREC). –Provide OCATs to CID for use with pre- deployment, on-board ships and in other training situations.
