Venue Experience How it can work for your venue

Secure venue portal Here you can add new venues. Change your password

Venue Homepage The venue homepage provides a summary of your subscription details.

Venue Details Here you can update the details relating to your venue information. This screen also holds the detail of your primary and account contacts.

Experience Links On this page you will find details of all your links grouped as live or expired. From this screen you can also create new links.

Add a New Link On this screen you add the details of the event you wish to receive feedback on.

Feedback Form Questions are grouped into two Categories – operational (rated 1-5) Event spaces Event facilities Onsite facilities Location Venue staff Catering offer Catering service Emotive (yes or no answers) Value for money Expectation Recommendation Operational questions are worth 40% towards the total score. Emotive questions are worth 60%.

Customer Experiences The table shows a summary of all the experiences entered by your clients. You can view the complete form. To sort the table click any of the column headers. Any score shown in red indicates that customers have added comments alongside their scores.

Venue Reports Results with be presented monthly in a series of charts and tables. All charts will be generated using the Venue Experience weighted scores. These will include. Monthly operational results Monthly emotive results Individual event experience scores Customer type count Month on month operational scores Month on month emotive scores
