What HEF Likes to Fund (#1 PRIORITY) - Large number of students impacted Partnering –Combine your grant with others to impact more students Beyond district funding –Will not fund items the school should provide Innovative Grant amounts –Break down into multiple grants or years- If full funding is not available, partial funding is an option.

Grant Writing Tips Area of Impact- Give the Pass Skills targeted Skip the educational jargon Be sure the grade level and educational area the project will reach is well defined Proof read –Grammar –Understanding/clarity
