How we think about future school leaders at our school? - Teamleaders - ICT-coordinators - Advanced skilled teachers - Daily coordinators - Other important functions

 The school is divided in different teams with 7-20 persons in each team. Each team has their own leader.  The function is to be a link between the leaders of the school and the employees.  The teamleaders meet the headteachers every week to discuss and plan important issuses.  The teamleaders get more salary as well as time for their mission.

 Their mission is to implementate ICT among the collegues and the students and how to use electronic devices in a way that expends the students learning. A different and a new way of learning.  The coordinators meet every week and the coordinators meet the headteachers once a month.  Lägga in en liten film!! Från förskolan.  They get more salary as well as time for their mission.

 The Swedish government has introduced a new concept, advanced skilled teachers. The government supports the school with money to pay extra salary for those teachers.  To be an advanced skilled teacher you need to pass a special program.  The role of the advanced skilled teachers are developing because it just started in August  At our school we have three advanced skilled teachers. They are helping collegues to develop their education.  They get more salary as well as time for their mission.

 They are organizing so that all activities goes smoothly. If a teacher is sick, for example, they find a substitute.  They are the ”spider in the net”!
