How do you want to engage with us?

3 Completing the promises Our top priority is to complete final phase of the £1.2 BN Investment Programme promised by the City Council to tenants in 2001/02 Build another 1500 new homes, completing the 2800-house programme agreed at stock transfer Deliver responsive, excellent services Remain totally committed to listening to and engaging with our tenants, partners and stakeholders Complete the SST programme In summary, we will fulfil our original purpose, with a continuing focus on providing excellent core services

4 The new GHA - moving forward Local empowerment - new Area Committees (involving elected members) addressing local priorities through locally-held budgets Customer-driven - e.g. environmental and neighbourhood services Protecting the £1.2BN investment - critical importance of maintaining homes in good repair, enhancing the services provided by City Building Scope to deliver more new build - if resources allow Increased opportunities for jobs, training, support for vulnerable people
