Creating a page 4 Some easy questions: Do you have the permissions to do so? Is the page what you are looking for or may be better a sub site or a meeting work space? Do you know in which location you would like to place it? Web Editor Training – Chapter 2
Creating a page – Step 1 5 Go to the place where you would like to have the page (in this example Login, first! (See previous chapter) Web Editor Training – Chapter 2
Creating a page – Note 1 6 “Site Actions” (in the red circle) appears only when you are logged in. It enables you to do any change to a page, or simply to have access to some editing features. If you forget how to do some of the things, try to start from there, it is the best starting point. Web Editor Training – Chapter 2

Creating a page – Editing 1 14 Text is just “text”, use it as if you are in word. Something to avoid: Formatted text copied from Word or PDF, it will bring the formatting and it will look ugly! Copy from notepad, wen possible, as notepad has no formatting, it is pure text. A work around to point 1 is to copy to notepad, without formatting, save and re-open. Then copy! At this stage you will have by default the right character and colour! You can always type by hand! Web Editor Training – Chapter 2
