Newsletter  Established in 1998  28 issues so far  subscription option on website currently 2225 users from 145 countries signed up

Classifications Hotline  Established around 1998 to allow users to ask questions or provide comments  Number of issues recorded/resolved: 230 in last year  Number of “easy” questions has dropped, since more information is freely available on the website

Website  Established in 1998 several revisions of overall layout since then  Web traffic about 370,000 users last year slowly increasing  Different sources 50% searches, 26% referrals, 24% direct traffic  Still low share of mobile devices  Website now contains more dowloadable files

Website feedback form  added after recommendation from last EG meeting  added to all pages that show classifications/structure/explanatory notes  allow immediate feedback, questions etc. no additional info requested as a result, share of “valid” requests is low

Website feedback form  Total: about 3,000 entries (first year)

Future work  recommended to continue all these activities
