Technical Manual  December before xmas break: finalization of the technical manual  Technical Manual: First Draft: Jan. 4, 2009  Start of User’s Manual: First Draft (30%)  Acceptance by panels: Jan. 15, 2009  Acceptance form  Edited copy: Feb. 1, 2009  Layout, font, screen shots, etc.  With certification from the english editor  Submission of ready to bind copies: Feb. 15, 2009

75% defense  January 7 – 13  January  ** January 15: user’s manual (50%)

90% defense  Feb. 1 – 5  at least 75% user’s manual (approved by the content adviser)

100% Defense  Feb. 15 – 19  February 19. Submission of 100% finished user’s manual (draft copy – accepted by the content adviser)  Client acceptance form (for those who have clients)  Deployment: for those whose projects are web-based and testing process (you will be required a certain number of “testers”) for those who don’t have clients and will be required a feedback  Feb. 26 (final draft, accepted by the members of the panel)
