Chocolate cookies with peanuts David Pechman, Marek Pěnička and Adam Bešta, 6.A, Primary school, Klášterec nad Ohří, the Czech Republic

Ingredients 500 grams of flour 300 grams of bitter chocolate 300 grams of peanuts 250 grams of butter or margarine 300 grams of caster sugar 2 eggs 1 packet of puff pastry (200 grams) 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions for the batter 1 Put the flour and baking flour into a bowl and mix it. 2 Cut chocolate with a knife, make small pieces. 3 Add 2 eggs, sugar and make the batter. 4 Now put peanuts and cut chocolate into the batter. 5 Then mix the batter with the puff pastry together.

Making biscuits 6Heat the oven (170 degrees). 7 Dust a rolling board with flour! 8 Divide the batter with a knife into 4 pieces. 9 Then roll each piece on rolling board and make a roller ( about 4 cm in diameter). 10 Slice it. (Pieces of about 0,5 cm thick). 11 Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with a baking paper. 12 Put the cookies into the oven and bake them until they are light brown.
