When and where?

Paul had been prevented from visiting Rome but had wanted to for many years. His plans were to visit with Roman brethren when he went to Spain. Romans 15:22-24 But now he was headed to Jerusalem, taking with him the collection that was taken up in Macedonia and Achaia and when that was completed he would come to them on his way to Spain Romans 15:25-29 He requested the prayers of the Romans that he might be delivered from his enemies in Judaea, that his benevolent mission might be successful, and that he will then be able to come to Rome. Romans 15:30-33

After the uproar had ceased, Paul sent for the disciples, and when he had exhorted them and taken his leave of them, he left to go to Macedonia. When he had gone through those districts and had given them much exhortation, he came to Greece (Achaia). And there he spent three months Acts 20:1-3 But I will come to you after I go through Macedonia, for I am going through Macedonia; and perhaps I will stay with you, or even spend the winter, so that you may send me on my way wherever I may go. 1 Corinthians 16:5-6 Gaius, (1 Cor. 1:14) host to me and to the whole church, greets you.
