T EAM D UTIES : E NTIRE P ROJECT P LAN : Team Duties for this project is going to remain the same thing. As a team decision, we decided to divide the work load fairly for each assignment. I am the team leader for this assignment. All team members is to be a team leader for each project.

T EAM C OLLABORATION We haven’t had any issues with team collaboration. We have all been getting along great. We always divide the assignments into four parts and assign work fairly as a team decision. All team members get together a week prior to the assignment due date for editing.

P OSSIBLE S OLUTIONS Creating social networking accounts Creating online volunteer registration forms Creating incentives for volunteers Food, Shirts, extra Creating a safer volunteering environment Set up something with local police to send a squad car to watch over the event.
