★ 2. I argued with my best friend. 我与我最好的朋友吵架了。 ◆ argue with sb. 意为 “ 与 … … 争吵,争论 ” e.g. He often argues with his classmates. ◆ argue with sb. about sth. e.g. I argued with my mother about the money.

★ 3. My clothes are out of style. 我的衣服过时了。 ◆ be out of style / fashion 表示 “ 过时 ” “ 不合乎 时尚 ”, 反义词是 “ be in fashion ” ,表示 “ 合乎时 尚 ” 。 e.g. He is always in fashion. The sofa is out of style, and I don’t like it.
