My Brother Sam is Dead

 The book brings us to the start of the Revolutionary War and gives us a personal look at the way “choosing sides” tore families and a small town apart.

The Revolutionary War was between Loyalists (those loyal to the Crown of England) and Colonialists (those wanting to rebel from the crown).

 The next slide will present some places that are in the book. Your job is to write down these locations as you see them in the Google video and then find a passage from the book where they are mentioned. This will be your homework due Monday.

 Some of the places listed in the book actually exist. Let’s take a tour of these places to see how they’ve changed.
