The segmentation result is: i.Residential/SOHO (this include private citizens, professionals working from home) ii.Public Sector (this includes schools, hospitals, local municipalities) iii.SME’s (this includes small companies active in the field of farming, tourism and commerce) The reasons: I.Market data are structured in this way II.This render the groups homogenous in terms of willingness to pay, affinity to services, frequency of use, etc, etc
