HEALTH Hatzolah will be in attendance daily. Any injuries or health issues must be reported to Team Vic Managers. You should have declared any medical conditions already. Hot weather policy – if 38 degrees or above at 1.30pm then sport called off. Kids can stay at Pit Lane in air- conditioned environment. Pit Lane is air-conditioned while waiting for pickups.

Code of Conduct should have by now been read and fully understood.

This would include times when the participants are not at a Carnival event. Appropriate behaviour is required when at home and with your billet.
