Facts for December 1 December 1787 The first modern lighthouse in Scotland was lit at Fraserburgh. It was built by Thomas Smith and Robert Stevenson at Kinnaird Head. The lighthouse was built on top of a 16 th century castle and is now Scotland’s Lighthouse Museum. Eco Club The Eco Club have elected their office- bearers for this session; Liam is the Chair and Holly Vice-Chair. Megan, Alex, Lauren, Ava and Jennifer volunteered to take notes at meetings. Last Friday they went outside and planted spring bulbs in the playground – you will have to wait to find out where, just watch for a burst of colour in the spring!
Well done to…………… Papdale’s Brownies who were involved in a Brownie Show, where they performed singing and dancing acts. They raised £82.50 for various charities, including the Food Bank.
