 2012-'13 PLC Focus at the NEC Relentless Focus on Student Learning  Collaborative inquiries to best teaching strategies,  Collaborative reviews of student assessments and data,  Commitment to continuous student improvement. Building Structure  Program specific,  PLC program meetings two times a month,  PLC leadership training once a month.

  Identify "core" 2010 MN Language Arts Standards that the NEC will focus on building-wide and program-wide,  Create an Instructional Pacing Guide, per program, from the identified standards,  Link the Instructional Pacing Guide to the learning materials we currently utilize. Summer Goals:

  1st mtg. - Identify Core Standards  2 hour training, 2 hours work on your own/teams.
