GSC-9, Seoul System Reference Document TR (UWB Communications) TR published as an ETSI Technical Report and forwarded to CEPT to support interference studies TR content includes: –Description of the UWB PHY approaches developed in IEEE and enabling communication data rates of 110, 200, 480 Mb/s for CE, PC and Mobile applications (e.g Wireless USB) –UWB Characteristics to support interference studies (activity factors, traffic and session information, transmitter activity coordination, etc.) –Suggested interference studies to be made by CEPT –Market forecast: applications and volumes per application until 2009 : hundreds of millions units.
