My Stuff Project Professional Samples from Vanity Fair (the inspiration for this assignment)

A few things to notice: Each article has a third-person point of view paragraph about the individual Each article includes a “My Stuff” icon that includes the person’s name Each category is set apart by font size and sometimes color Each topic and its corresponding answer is in a different font type (plain, italic, bold, etc.) Each article includes a picture of the individual being interviewed ALL of these points of interest need to be included in your “My Stuff” project

Best Example of Your Task Notice how different items she identifies are illustrated through pictures (you MUST do this too) Notice how the writing sometimes spills onto the pictures Notice how this example uses lines to box around the different categories Notice the page number and the magazine this was printed on located at the bottom of the page (You MUST do this too, and include a date - month and year) First you must complete the preliminary work on the handout provided: Review the rubric to see what is expected (keep in mind what you have seen) Fill in the categories as best as you can - you won’t have all things answered Write your biographical piece (current or futuristic)

The End You can see student samples once you have completed the handout and before you begin work on the computer
