Objectives Overall objective: to make closer contact between lifelong learning, demands of labour markets and the HR strategies of companies To exchange experiences of successful strategies between the partner regions To elaborate HR strategies by those partners who has not got one so far To develop a general checklist a for all the institutions of the regions to be able to internationalise their HR strategies and apply LLL principles To develop further the cooperation between the participating institutions

Target groups Direct target groups:  Regional and local authorities  Vocational institutions that would like to have up- to-date internationalised HR strategies, which are also in accordance with LLL principles Indirect target groups  Policy-makers  Local and regional media  Regional and local companies and institutions aiming to improve HR strategies

Methodology 1.Implementation of 3 peer learning activities (PLAs)  General economic profile of the region  LLL strategies of the host organization  HR policy  Finance and business legislation  Good practice examples 2.Elaboration of learning action plan  Focus on how to integrate recommendations, good practices, lessons learnt 3.Exchange of good practices  Existing good HR policies, practices or integration of LLL policies 4.Elaboration of checklist
