UMC PROBLEMS IN ASUE Private sector doesn’t present demand yet for high level professionals with research skills. The reason is The small part of so called “new economy” or knowledge- based economy in Armenia Therefore low level of innovations, competitiveness in internal market and low export potential

CONCLUSION Generaly, ASUE’s Phd alumni hasn't difficulties in labour market: all of them during study in MBA, they work in private companies or government bodies Some of them enter the labour market by ASUE recommendation and support But it is not so enough for to day and not enough for “tomorrow” ASUE can do much better in supporting their doctoral candidates when they enter the labour market. Career prospects are no reason for alarm, but we have to find out what the labour market position in future
