1 Hypertronics connectors at VMTF L series modular Hypertronics connectors in use at Fermilab/VMTF since fabrication of the LHC IR quadrupoles More than decade of reliable work at superfluid temperatures Insulator: Diallyl-Phthalate (DAP) 3 different types of connectors are used at VMTF: o 2-pin connectors for heaters o 17-pin connectors for strain gauges o 5-pin - for CVT and FVT Current rating: 8 A Contact Life Cycle:> Breakdown voltage: > 2000 V RMS More details here:
