Privacy of Student Records Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) Federal law that protects educational records of any person enrolled in Post-Secondary education (regardless of age). Online FERPA Consent Form – My Tri-C Space Unless permission is given by the student, the institution is limited to the release of ‘Directory’ information only.

Academic Programs Taught by Award-Winning Faculty Career Programs Skills to join the workforce immediately Associate of Applied Business, Associate of Applied Science & Associate of Technical Study Certificate Programs(Short-term, Proficiency, Post- Degree) Typically do not transfer to 4 year schools

Transcripts Transcripts required to be mailed to other colleges will be done at the students expense Grades will automatically be mailed to the high school for CCP students
